My friend Kathy Hearne told me about this
truck, in an alley between houses. The sun was setting and I was worried about
the light. The dog in the back yard wouldn't stop barking, so the owner, Leslie,
came out and told me about her truck. She said they found it in Ashland City
and drive it on Sundays.
Across the alley, there was an old black car in the garage, but the light was
fading fast. We would have had to ask permission, and we had to go across town
to take pictures of a rusting blue telephone pole to finish out the roll.
